The winner of the competition is the participant that makes his/her play money increase the most during the competition time period.
The proceeding of the competition:
To become a participant in the competition (a necessity to be able to win) you need to sign-up at Fragbet.com. In our forums participants will receive forth going information about the competition. The participant will thereafter automatically receive the 10 000 € play money into his/her Fragbet account.
The day the competition starts you will receive an email from Fragbet telling you that the competition starts.

Those employed by Fragbet International Ltd, their friends and close relatives cannot participate in the competition. The winner will be notified by phone or e-mail when the competition has come to an end and will be published with name at www.fragbet.com.

1. General Introduction
1.1 Membership is free. Accepting these Terms & Conditions does not involve any obligatory costs.
1.2 "FragBet.com" is Fragbet International Ltd, a company duly incorporated on the 16th of July 2004, under the laws of England; Company No. 5163161
1.3 Participation in betting and tournaments (collectively the "Games") is open only to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction where the Games are not prohibited.
1.4 "FragBet Rules" are the Terms and Conditions constituting and governing the contractual relationship, as stated herein, and which the parties, as stated herein, hereby agree upon.
1.5 A person participating in the Games is hereafter referred to as the "Player". By opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize, the Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following.
1.6 The Player accepts these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments. These Terms and Conditions will change. It is the Player's responsibility to inform himself/herself of these changes.

2. Account
2.1 An "Account Holder" is an individual having a contractual relationship with FragBet.
2.2 The Player has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of adulthood in his/her jurisdiction whichever is older.
2.3 The Player shall not allow any third party, including but not limited to minors, to use or reuse the Player's account, to accept any prize, or to participate in the Games.
2.4 An individual applying for a FragBet Account acknowledges and accepts:
- The FragBet Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the FragBet Rules;
- That the Place of the Contract is the UK; and
- That the Contract is governed by:
(A) The FragBet Rules, as published in English.
(B) Decision by the Governing Authorities.
(C) The Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.
2.5 The Company has the right to terminate any Player Account if misuse is suspected. The Player will be notified of the termination of his/her Player Account via email. The Company will justify the termination but the termination cannot be appealed.
2.6 An Account Holder warrants and represents, at all times, not to be:
- Restricted by limited legal capacity;
- Acting on behalf of another party;
- Classified as a compulsive gambler;
- Depositing money originating from criminal and/or other un-authorised activities;
- Depositing money through a Credit Card which the Account Holder is not authorised to use;
- Conducting criminal activities whereby a FragBet Account is directly or indirectly involved.
2.7 FragBet warrants and represents, at all times, to:
- Manage funds belonging to Account Holders in a secure and appropriate manner;
- Absorb the cost of, and pay, the Betting Duty, as applicable, at the place of Contract;
- Manage data regarding an Account Holder in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar.
2.8 A FragBet Account is opened, held and settled in a currency as agreed between FragBet and the Account Holder. FragBet calculates and settles all matters involving exchange rates in accordance with recognised financial institutions at currently applicable exchange rates. Slight differences may occur between agreed amounts and recorded amounts due to variances between exchange rates.
2.9 A FragBet Account does not accrue interest.
2.10 An Account Holder can only hold one FragBet Account at a time.
2.11 Any claim regarding a transaction in conjunction with a FragBet Account shall be made to FragBet within 6 months after the transaction, payment and/or settlement takes place, or should have taken place, otherwise FragBet reserves the right at its own discretion to deny the claim.
2.12 Any legal dispute regarding a transaction in conjunction with a FragBet Account that cannot be solved by the FragBet Rules, including, but not limited to the right of FragBet, at its own discretion, at all times, to resolve any disputes, in accordance with principles of equity, shall be settled in accordance with the Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.

3. Payment
3.1 Deposits to, and withdrawals from, a FragBet Account shall at all times be made through a Financial Institution. Procedures, terms and conditions may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions. Current information is available on the Site under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal", when logged in.
3.2 FragBet may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals, on behalf of FragBet.
3.3 FragBet does not accept cash delivered directly to FragBet or to a Payment Solution Provider.
3.4 An Account Holder may only make a deposit with a Credit Card registered in their own name.
3.5 Withdrawals from a FragBet Account are made through payments addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account held in the name of the Account Holder, as advised by the Account Holder.
3.6 FragBet does not charge any fees for withdrawals made directly to a bank account. However the bank might charge a minor sum for international transfers.
3.7 Placing a bet through the Internet may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which an Account Holder is resident and/or domiciled; if so the Account Holder is not authorised to use a Credit Card for the purpose of placing a bet.
3.8 Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize.

4. Security
4.1 To maintain a high level of security so as to protect Players' funds, the Company performs random security checks.
4.2 The Player hereby accepts that the Company maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the Player as cardholder in the event of a security check, or when asked to verify the information the Player has registered at FragBet.com. Furthermore, security checks are always done in connection with withdrawals from the Player Account to a Player's Bank Account or to a Player's Check.

5. Betting Rules
Claims and protests regarding decisions and bets will have to be mailed to us within 7 days after the objects original starting time. Unless we receive the complaints within this time limit, they will be denied. Claims and protests can be mailed to info@fragbet.com
N.B. Sufficient funds must be available in the account before a bet can be made.
5.1 It is not possible to withdraw a bet. Therefore, it is important that you carefully survey your bet before you confirm it.
5.2 We reserve the right to deny bets. An accepted bet can be cancelled if it does not comply with our betting rules, or if there is an obvious misprint on our behalf. In such circumstances, a bet may also be cancelled after the result has been confirmed.
5.3 If a bet is being cancelled, we will do our best to inform you about the reasons why, either through e-mail or on our web page.
5.4 We offer floating odds (Pool betting) in all events. Floating odds are odds that may change during the period when bets are being accepted. Not before the game begins and it is no longer possible to place a bet will you know exactly what the actual odds are for the game.
5.5 Floating odds are affected and determined by each unique bet. As a particular team increases in popularity not only does its odds decrease, the odds for all other teams participating in the same game increase. In this way, it is the players themselves that determine what the odds are.
5.6 If there are several winners in an event, the odds will be divided between the number of winners. However, the odds will never be lower than 1.0.
5.7 Bets on non-starting participants will not be refunded unless stated otherwise.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are involved as participants, referee, coach, etc.
5.9 If unfair play is suspected, FragBet reserves the right to keep any payments on hold. If the unfair play can be verified, FragBet has the right to cancel the bets.
5.10 Normally, bets are open until the official starting time of the event. Sometimes an event starts earlier than first posted, with us being unaware of it, or because we have been given the wrong starting time. Any bets received after the event has started, will be cancelled.
5.11 If a match/an event is postponed for more than 36 hours from its original starting time, all bets on that match/event will be void and the stakes will be refunded to your account. If a match/an event is interrupted without an official result, the stake will be refunded unless the match/event is being resumed within 36 hours of the original starting time.
5.12 If an official result is not available, bets that are not yet decided will be void.
5.13 It is always the result after regular time that counts.
5.14 If there are any disqualifications, or result-changes after an event has been completed, the results will not be changed in bets that are already settled.
5.15 If the name of a gaming object is misspelled, all bets will stand unless it is obvious it is the wrong object.

7.1 FragBet reserves the right, at all times, to resolve any disputes, at its own discretion, in accordance with principles of equity.
7.2 In the event that FragBet is found liable in any way, by a court of law and/or a similar authority, with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over FragBet, then FragBet's liability is limited to the amount of the Stake, or the Net Winnings, whichever is the lesser. Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in the FragBet Account or the amount transferred into or out of the FragBet Account, whichever is the lesser.
7.3 The Player fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident. The Player has complete and unrestricted legal rights to participate in the Games. Any government with proper jurisdiction cannot prohibit the Player's participation in the Games.
7.4 Data and information is provided for informational purposes only. Neither the Company, nor any of its data or content providers (such as other sites, Internet cafés and other content providers) shall be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. By accessing the FragBet.com site, a User and/or the Player agrees not to redistribute the information found therein.
7.5 The Company have not evaluated or investigated any of the teams listed on the FragBet.com site to determine their merit, viability or risk. It is the responsibility of you, the user, to investigate the Teams listed on the service. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 8.6 All Internet transactions will be saved to a file that will be saved to a tape back up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer agree that the tape recording or the tape back up shall serve as the final authority and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
